About Us

Juan Perez Builders Inc. has been building homes in the Santa Barbara area since January of 2005.

We are a small family owned company run by Owner and General Contractor, Juan Perez Jasso. We have been an independent company for sixteen years, but Juan has been working in the construction industry for much longer than that. He got his start as a laborer here in Santa Barbara in 1989 and had worked in many positions across the wide range of construction work before finally going into business for himself sixteen years later.

Starting in 1991, He worked with Richard Heinburge General Contractor for ten years before moving on to work as a Forman under Allen and Associates LLC for four. His ability to supervise and lead diverse groups of people, learn quickly, and translate training and instructions from English to Spanish enabled him to associate himself with most every aspect of a build.

When opportunities for further advancement came up, Juan decided to take the plunge and start out on his own. Sixteen years later, we are still proud to be providing construction services to the beautiful city that Juan fell in love with so many years ago.
